I’ve always believed that the best events aren’t just beautifully designed, they’re thoughtfully planned, effortlessly executed, and filled with moments that leave a lasting impression. That’s why I started Carats and Caviar—to help couples and clients experience the joy of their celebrations without the stress of planning.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and experience working for Disney, I’ve been trained to anticipate needs, handle high-pressure situations with ease, and create memorable experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing visions to life, I specialize in creating seamless, stylish, and stress-free events. Whether you’re envisioning an elegant wedding, a lively social gathering, or a corporate event, my goal is to make the planning process smooth, exciting, and uniquely yours. I’m all about collaboration, problem-solving, and making sure no detail is overlooked.

During this phase, we’ll create a detailed design deck while carefully sourcing vendors who will not only meet but exceed your dreams, bringing your envisioned aesthetic to life.

From florals and linens to chargers, flatware, glassware, china patterns, stationery, signage, and beyond — we’ll thoughtfully curate every element to ensure your design is cohesive, elevated, and truly reflective of your vision.
FINAL DETAILS
With your vendor team in place and the design perfected, it’s time to finalize every last detail. We’ll start by creating a comprehensive timeline and layout, ensure final guest counts are submitted to each vendor, and wrap it all up by crafting a detailed event document — outlining your day from start to finish, so nothing is left to chance.
